The Changeable Hawk Eagle (Spizaetus cirrhatus) that we released at September 2014 was sighted in Besi Kalung Temple. It was flying above like a guardian of the temple. This means that the eagle has been living in the area and also prove that our rehabilitation program have worked perfectly.
The bird love to live near Besi Kalung because it has big trees and many animals to hunt.
The eagle was flying above the temple.
Bleached feathers means it was rehabilitated in BWRC.
Thanks to the Humane Society International we are able to get all the resources we need to rehabilitate and release the bird back to the wild.
